TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION:
Flights, accommodation, car hire or km’s travelled (if necessary) for outside of Perth area, will be for the client’s account. All travel arrangements will be made by the client. Every effort will be made by Theo to arrive and be on time; however, it must be understood that if there are flight and road traffic /road construction travel delays, it is beyond Theo’s control.

AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:
Data projector & screen; Sound Cable to Sound System for Laptop; cordless non-Hand/held Microphone (if necessary)

GENERAL TERMS:
No alterations, handwritten or other, will be binding on this agreement, without said change/s being approved in writing by Theo Venter. Theo’s presentation may not be filmed or reproduced in any way whatsoever.

VENUE:
Venue arrangements and costs are the client’s responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS:
Theo is subjected to availability at the time of conformation. All fees are subjected to change without notice prior to conformation of engagement. This confirmation will secure this date / these dates, thereby excluding any other potential bookings. Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 working days before the scheduled date. Unfortunately, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged or levied should cancellations be received thereafter up to or before 15 working days before the presentation date. The full fee shall fall due for any cancellation / not received within 15 working days of the first scheduled presentation. Also, if for any reason the session cannot take place due to negligence or the choice of the client, its representative/s or agent/s, the session shall be cancelled and invoiced in full. In the case of more than one date being booked / secured, all dates must be honoured, and the full fee is due. The cancellation clause is in effect from the date of the first event. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any postponements whatsoever.

RECORDING & APPEARANCES:
Theo’s performance or any part of it may not be recorded, broadcast, reproduced or duplicated by any means whatsoever unless specifically agreed in the Contract Confirmation, and the Client:
(a) acknowledges that the Client is not entitled to receive a copy of the Talent’s presentation or any part of it, in any media whatsoever including without limitation in written or visual form, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by and Theo
(b) agrees that the Client will use all reasonable endeavours such that no audience member records, broadcasts, reproduces, duplicates or in any way disseminates any part of Theo’s performance.
